We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we’re just as excited to get it to you! All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and most are shipped the very next day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location to ensure you’re getting the most accurate rate possible. We ship using USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or UPS, depending on what’s fastest and most efficient for your address.
Delivery Time: Estimated between 3–7 business days, depending on your zip code.
Free Shipping: Orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free within the U.S. via USPS Ground.

🌡️ Temperature-Sensitive Products
Many of our items—like tallow, lard, and beeswax-based goods—are sensitive to heat or cold. In warmer months, items may melt during transit; in winter, liquids may freeze. Rest assured: once returned to room temperature, they’re still perfectly usable and just as effective. To avoid any mishaps, we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone can quickly bring your package inside.
📬 Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin preparing it right away. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email us as soon as possible at fawnvalleyfarmandapiary@gmail.com. While we can’t guarantee changes after processing begins, we’ll always do our best to help.
💔 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Your satisfaction means the world to us. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or appears to be missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If your order is damaged, send us photos so we can make it right.
If it’s lost or stolen, we’ll help track it down—or send a replacement if needed.
We strongly recommend entering the correct shipping address and ensuring a secure location for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier that are stolen or missing after drop-off.
🔁 Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we cannot accept returns. That said, we stand behind every item we send out. If something isn’t right, let us know—we’ll do what it takes to make it right, whether that’s an exchange, store credit, or refund.
